MMS is a leading steelwork fabrication company providing design, fabrication and installation services to major clients across the KSA. MMS maintains a large library of certified Welding Procedures that enables welding on many field or shop situations. We have the ability to adapt to the use of new materials and produce totally new welding qualifications and procedures. MMS have the capability to produce welds, utilizing a variety of welding processes including, MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW and SAW.
MMS also utilizes computerized pipe cutting machines and plate cutting machines to assure that cuts are precise, repeatable, and consistently meet the needs of our customers. MMS has the capability to meet fast-paced schedules - such as turnarounds or plant maintenance - or the workforce and expertise to produce piping spools or structural components for small to major new construction. Insulation and scaffolding works.
Our Insulation & Scaffolding team provides industrial insulation and scaffolding services for refineries, natural gas plants, power plants, production facilities, geothermal, cogeneration, cement and cryogenic plants. Insulation services include heat conservation, cryogenic cold service, personnel protection services, freeze protection services, and temperature stabilization. Thermal insulation is the most effective technology available today for conserving energy, process stabilization, saving money in operations and protecting the environment.
Insulation services are available for new construction, existing plant modifications, existing plant maintenance or critical plant shut-downs and turnarounds. Our supervision has experience in all applications or situations. Scaffolding services include competent and certified scaffold builder labor services and scaffold material rentals. Scaffolding use has consistently increased in all facilities due to increased labor production for all crafts, and has significantly improved safe working conditions in elevated situations. Scaffold use in the construction industry is trending upwards as a safer means in lieu of powered lifts or ladders which create additional hazards. A scaffold project is staffed with an adequate amount of scaffold competent persons to insure services are meeting all Federal, State, and Local regulations and the safety requirements of each facility. Scaffold services are also available for new construction, existing plant modifications, existing plant maintenance activities, or plant shut-downs and turnarounds.
Handrails and platform works.
The architectural metalwork products include, feature stairs in powder coated stringers with pan type treads. It is finished with a range of balustrades and manufactures in mild steel through to polished stainless steel.
